The company
NeoHost is a hosting company for developers, gaming communities, agencies and technical teams. It was founded in 2025 and runs its servers in Bucharest (NXDATA-1) and Frankfurt (maincubes FRA-01).
Infrastructure & network
Services run from two facilities: NXDATA-1 in Bucharest and maincubes FRA-01 in Frankfurt. In Romania the network is AS211281, dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6, announcing 107.149.201.0/24. In Germany the servers run on the DataForest network (AS58212), on 45.157.232.0/24.
Every service is behind DDoS filtering, on by default and at no extra charge: up to 1 Tbps in Bucharest and up to 8 Tbps in Frankfurt.
Support model
Support runs through tickets in the client area and on the official Discord server, which is usually the fastest. Questions before purchase and about infrastructure go to the same team that runs the platform, not to a sales desk.
VPS, game servers and web hosting accounts are created automatically, in under a minute from payment confirmation, at any hour.

Five families: Spark on LXC containers, Flex, Core, Compute and Ruby on KVM. Linux or Windows Server templates. You can add RAM, NVMe and IPv4.
Dedicated servers
Coming soon: bare metal in Frankfurt on AMD Ryzen and Intel Core i9, with IPMI access.
Web hosting
Managed hosting on Plesk with the licence included, NVMe storage, free SSL certificates and MySQL databases.
Game hosting
Game servers in Frankfurt, on AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. On the game panel: FiveM and Minecraft. On a Ruby VPS with GameReady™ OS: FiveM, CS2 and Minecraft. CS2 is sold on the VPS only.

What does NeoHost offer?
NeoHost sells VPS hosting, managed web hosting and game servers; dedicated servers are coming soon. They run on dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 networks (AS211281 in Romania, AS58212 in Germany), with DDoS filtering on every service.
Where is NeoHost infrastructure located?
In two facilities. NXDATA-1 in Bucharest, Romania, runs the Spark, Flex, Core and Compute VPS families and the web hosting. maincubes FRA-01 in Frankfurt, Germany, runs the Ruby VPS family and the game servers.
Which VPS virtualization types are supported?
Both LXC and KVM. Spark runs as LXC containers with shared resources. Flex, Core, Compute and Ruby are KVM instances with dedicated resources. Each type is ordered from its own template, with its own OS list.
Do you support IPv4 and IPv6?
Yes. Both locations are dual-stack. Every VPS gets an IPv6 subnet at no charge: a /64 in Bucharest and a /120 on Ruby, in Frankfurt. In the configurator you can add up to 5 extra IPv4 addresses.
What uptime does NeoHost commit to?
99.9% monthly network availability on every plan. If it is missed, service credits apply. The terms are on the SLA page.
