No setup or traffic fees
On VPS, game servers and web hosting nothing is billed by usage: the invoice shows only the monthly price of the plan. If you cancel, the service runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Services are prepaid and, as a rule, not refundable once activated. The exceptions: the service was never delivered because of an activation error on our side, or it was down for more than 72 consecutive hours because of our infrastructure and we offered no alternative. Send the request to sales@neohost.ro within 7 days of the incident. The full conditions are in section 14 of the Terms.
Credit and debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (SEPA) inside the EU. We invoice monthly, in euro. There is no minimum contract term. The prices shown are final: NEOHOST SRL is a micro-enterprise and does not charge VAT.
Yes, from the panel. An upgrade applies right away and you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade applies from the next billing date. Files, configurations and databases stay where they are, so you do not reinstall anything.
Layer 3 and layer 4 volumetric attacks are detected and filtered automatically, with up to 8 Tbps of capacity in Frankfurt and up to 1 Tbps in Bucharest. The server keeps serving players or visitors during the attack. You do not need to open a ticket.
Yes. On a game server you upload the world and resources over SFTP or from the file manager. On web hosting, the Plesk migration tool moves sites, databases and mail from your old provider. If you prefer, we do the move for you.
The SLA guarantees 99.9% monthly network availability on every plan. If we miss it, you can claim a credit on your next invoice. The details are on the SLA page.
Yes. Every web-hosting plan comes with a Plesk Web Pro licence at no extra cost. You manage sites, databases, mail and SSL from Plesk.
