On a roleplay server, custom maps, vehicles and scripts use up the resources. So the tiers step up in vCPU, RAM and NVMe storage, not in player slots.

Mods you install yourself
Resources and scripts go in the resources folder, with ESX, QBCore or any other framework. You do not need our approval.

On every plan, volumetric traffic is dropped at the network edge before it reaches your server.
Optional daily backups
A paid option: one backup a day, kept for seven days. You restore it from the panel, so a broken update costs you minutes.

Step by step
How to start a FiveM server
Pick a plan and pay. The server installs itself in under a minute, and the panel login arrives by email.
Generate your free license key on portal.cfx.re and put it in server.cfg, at sv_licenseKey.
For ESX or QBCore, import the framework’s SQL file into your MySQL database in phpMyAdmin and add the connection details to server.cfg.
Upload your resources over SFTP to the resources folder and start each one with an ensure line in server.cfg.
Restart from the panel, then join from FiveM: press F8 and type connect followed by the server address.

Yes. The resources folder is yours: upload over SFTP, add the resource to server.cfg and restart. There is no whitelist, and no resource is blocked.
Yes, one on every tier: a MySQL database you manage in phpMyAdmin. ESX, QBCore and the other frameworks keep players, jobs and inventories there. The connection details go in server.cfg.
Street is enough to build and test with a small group. Heist is the usual pick once you have an economy, jobs and daily events. Empire is for large communities with a lot of custom content, which uses a lot of memory. If you change tier later, your files stay where they are.

Yes. Send us the files or the login for your current host and support does the move. Resources, the database and server.cfg stay as they were. Afterwards you only change the address your players connect to.
Yes, both ways, at any time. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. A downgrade happens at the next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for. Your files stay where they are.
